Sahara came to a high kill shelter dirty, matted, emaciated, and with tiny babies. She did a good job of not only taking care of her kittens but some orphans as well. She took her responsibilities seriously, and even though she was struggling to stay alive herself, she gave everything to her kittens. Now, they are long gone to wonderful homes, and its this pretty girls turn. Sahara loves people, and she is quite the purr queen! She loves to be petted and rubbed, and she adores being brushed. She is a petite girl with a wonderfully soft, luxurious coat, and she is gentle and loyal. She would love a chance to be a true member of a family. She is fine with other cats, but she has a little of the police in her dont be fighting, fussing, or arguing or shell let you know thats unacceptable. Sahara is a super sweet girl who is going to give someone lifetime love and affection, and it will only get better with time! She loves to play, is excited about toys, and likes nothing better than to dash up and down the stairs chasing real and imaginary things! She would do great with children and other cats that are confident but not aggressive, and most likely gentle dogs as well.
